Q: How long does it take for my shirt to arrive?

A: We fulfillment time for most T-Shirts range from 3 hours to 48 hours+ based on availability and other variables. The shipping time is based on the shipping option you pick at checkout, and may vary by location.

Q: Why do some designs have many color options while others do not?

A: Our designs are made to contrast certain colors, which is why not all designs are available in all colors.

Q: I want to order shirts for my whole team or office, do you offer volume discounts?

A: Yes, please contact us through the contact us page and we can get you a custom quote for orders over 12 shirts.

Q: Are you guys going to sell other apparel like hoodies, tank tops etc?

A: Yes we are, we are currently working on setting up the supply chain to be able to ship those apparel. We have a lot more things coming.

Q: I do not like the shirt I got, what can you do about it?

A: We offer hassle free 30 day money back assurance, just email us at developerx@fridev.com with your order number and details.

Q: I did not receive the item I ordered, could you please check what is going on?

A: Definitely, email us at developerx@fridev.com and we will figure out what is going on. Happy customers are our number 1 priority, and we will make sure it stays that way.
